Caseificio Stella Dicecca [Dairies] Piazza Giacomo Matteotti 11 — Google Maps (opens in a new tab) One of my favorite cheese factories in Apulia. Go here, buy mozzarella and cheeses, and eat them with your hands. They are produced using the whey inoculation technique, which ensures the best flavor and the highest health qualities. You won't regret it. Ask for Angelantonio and tell him that I am your friend.
Caseificio Di Vagno [Dairies] Via Benedetto Croce 47 — Google Maps (opens in a new tab) The dairy shop where I buy products for my home. It's worth a visit to purchase mozzarella and other handcrafted products. Ask for Nanni and tell him that you are my friend.
